July 2021
While we lived in Venice, we learned about the area called “Prosecco Hills”. This area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso, is Italy´s 55th UNESCO World Heritage site and known for its very special Prosecco produce. We planned for a trip to go and explore this area in April 2020 but due to the pandemic, we had to postpone it. Now, over one year later we persuaded some friends to join us and finally got to take this trip.
We drove from Vienna and it took us just under six hours to arrive at our destination. We found a very special place to stay, planned for some fabulous activities, and enjoyed spending time with friends, exploring new places, hearing another language, and eating different food. Traveling – we have definitely missed you and we are so happy it is possible again.
