Restaurants Recommendation for Bolzano

From Alpine classics to modern food, you are spoiled for choice in Bolzano. Restaurants get quite busy, so if your heart is set on something special better make a reservation or bring some patience and wait your turn. We tried out "Pims" for salads and burgers with real meat or the vegetarian version. A modern, chic place and seemingly frequented by locals and tourists alike. "Wirtshaus Vögele" was our choice for typical local food. It was very busy and we had to wait in line for a bit. Service was excellent and I got one of my favourites soups, the "Frittatensuppe", a strong, clear soup with herb pancake strips. So yummy! And for the best panoramic view, I recommend "Haus am Hang" in Oberbozen with stunning views of the snow-covered mountains!
