Hotel Indigo Bangkok

In Bangkok, we chose to stay at the Hotel Indigo on Wireless Road. It is part of IHG Hotels and only opened one year ago at the time. The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance from the sky train (Station Phloen Chit) and around the corner from Sukhumvit Road which is one of the main streets through Bangkok. The hotel has a very stylish concept, combining modern elements with local and nostalgic pieces. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. We had a spacious room on the 10th floor with great views of modern Bangkok. The rooms are of course all air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi is part of the deal and we had a desk, seating area, a very well-equipped bathroom, and a super comfortable bed. We loved this hotel, the look and feel of it, the style, and the people that work there. We felt very much looked after during our stay.

Should you happen to stay there one day, do try out the fabulous rooftop bar on the 26th floor of the hotel. It has excellent views of the city, a small food selection, and a great bar menu. Two floors below the bar are the infinity pool and the gym, which is excellent to relax at after a day of sightseeing. And last but not least the breakfast was a delight too. It is being served in the restaurant on the second floor and offers a mixture of a la carte dishes and a buffet with a huge variety of western and Asian foods. The staff is super friendly too and they could not do enough to make us happy. Very happy with our hotel choice in Bangkok!!
